Aspen Pitkin County Housing Authority
The APCHA program provides affordable housing to full-time or seasonal employees who could not otherwise afford to own or rent a home in Pitkin County.

Asset Management
The Asset Management Department manages the City’s physical assets, including development of new facilities and infrastructure.

Attorney
The City Attorney is appointed by the City Council to serve as the legal representative of the City of Aspen to advise the City Council and City officials in matters relating to their official powers and duties.
