Projects in Process
Armory Hall - Remodel and Reuse project: Built in 1892, Armory Hall has housed many uses over the years, with the most recent being Aspen's city hall. Now vacant, the City is in the process of undertaking a remodel and reuse of the building. After a robust community engagement process undertaken to identify the preferred community uses for the building, the City is progressing a number of studies to verify what programming can be accommodated in the structure based on the level of remodel. It is anticipated that the City Council will provide direction in November on the future use and remodel of the Armory.
