Smuggler Superfund Site

If a project resides within the Smuggler superfund site the following information needs to be included in a landscape grading or building permit. 

Recipients of this permit, and any other person engaged in development  on the site, are required to follow certain procedures with respect to excavation, dust suppression, and removal of contaminated material.

• Smuggler Mountain Superfund Site Soil Removal Permit (PDF)
  Project site is within the Smuggler Mountain Superfund Site and involves excavation or exposure of more than 1 cubic yard (CY) of soil.
