Domestic Assault Arrest
Aspen, Colo. – Friday, March 23 – On March 23, 2023, at about 8:40 a.m. Aspen Police were called to a report of domestic violence at the Limelight Hotel, 355 S. Monarch Street in Aspen, where witnesses were reporting a disturbance in a hotel room.
On further investigation, officers contacted and arrested Andrew Borroway, 57, of Scottsdale, Arizona. Borroway is currently being held on charges of:
- Third Degree Assault, a class 1 misdemeanor
- Second Degree Assault, a fourth degree felony
- Domestic Violence
The Aspen Police Department will not be releasing further information related to this case. A warrantless affidavit of arrest may be available through the Pitkin County Combined Courts.
