TOP Mini Grant

GOAL: The goal of the Employee/Student Trip Reduction grant program is to assist TOP members with the development, implementation and evaluation of programs that reduce single-occupant vehicle (SOV) trips, thus furthering Aspen’s goal of keeping traffic at 1993 levels in perpetuity. Priority via scoring is given to projects with the potential to reduce the largest number of SOV trips.
ELIGIBLE PROJECTS: Eligible projects must take place in the employer’s Aspen facility(ies) and include only employees/students based out of this facility(ies).

TOP is no longer accepting Value Card bus pass requests during the bi-annual grant application process.
TOP is now accepting Value Card grant requests on a rolling basis using this form. Each new grant cycle will be capped at six months. Please plan accordingly! If the Value Cards are used up before the six month cap that's okay! - You can request more once you have submitted the required summary report and supporting materials from your outstanding grant. Please note, tracking must include - Value Card tracking numbers, employee names, dates issued, which zone they are commuting from. No additional passes will be issued until this requirement has been met.
You can access this Value Card grant request form via your online TOP manual and your TOP newsletter quarterly. (January, April, July, October).

Before the end of the six month grant cycle or when requesting additional Value Card assistance, outstanding projects must reconcile the program by filling out the Value Card summary report and uploading your Value Card tracking materials.
