Permitting Management Software servers

For the past few days, two major pieces of software the City uses, Eden and Innoprise, have been down. The Building Department uses Eden to process building permits. While we are working on roll-out of our new permitting software, it is not quite ready for us to transition to it for all permits.  This has meant that we were not able to accept or issue many permits or provide permit status information.  Rest assured, however, that much of the work we do continued, e.g., review of existing permits, emergency repair permits, and inspections. 
The City IT Department has been working diligently on a fix and we now have some use of Eden, but we still may have service interruptions. We hope to be back to normal operations by Monday. We have appreciated your patience during this time. If you have questions or an emergency that needs to be addressed, please contact Mike Metheny at (970) 319-5117 or Stephen Kanipe at (970) 429-2766.
