No Certificates of Occupancy (in the case of Building Permits) or final approvals (in the case of stand-alone permits such as plumbing permits) will be issued until all outstanding issues identified by the inspectors have been addressed.
Inspectors will provide you with a list of the items that must be corrected before they can issue final approvals.
Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
Under limited circumstances, a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) may be available for building projects.
