UPDATES & INFORMATION

  • The following parking apps are no longer compatible with Aspen Parking: Flowbird and WayToPark. We recommend you erase them from your phone to avoid confusion. 
  • Parking Reclassification – Please note that parking spots as shown on the attached map have been reclassified as DOWNTOWN CORE parking spaces. Downtown Core Parking Codes and Fees will apply. Review Downtown Core rates, codes and How to Pay on Parking Options.
  • Parking Violation Fine Increase – Changes include a strictly enforced 4-hour parking limit in the downtown core, new paid spots added to the core, increased parking citation fees and a restriction and reduction of the number of construction vehicles downtown.   • There will be parking impacts along Hallam and Garmisch through October.  Please click here for updates.

MISSION

The City of Aspen’s Parking Department’s mission is to provide safe, efficient and convenient parking options to residents, commuters and visitors. The Parking Department monitors and enforces on-street parking programs through courteous and responsive customer service. Paid revenues support free public transportation services in Aspen.

The City of Aspen parking management system is designed to decrease congestion, improve air quality and preserve our small town character. The Parking Department provides information and education on numerous parking options.
