Pick up a daily carpool permit please from the Parking Information Kiosk at the Brush Creek Park & Ride located at the intersection of Hwy 82 & Brush Creek.
- Carpool Kiosk hours are Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- Carpool permits are issued to carpool groups of two (2) or more adults.
- Carpool permits allow FREE all-day parking in the designated carpool spaces in Aspen and in the residential parking zones

Carpools of two or more can use High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes along Highway 82. It’s like having your own private lane!
