The City of Aspen Human Resources’ team is comprised of a group of individuals dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a rewarding work environment.

Courtney DeVitoCourtney DeVito, Human Resources Director

Courtney joined the City of Aspen HR team as the Risk Analyst in the Fall of 2012. She comes to the City with a 10 year HR background in the ski industry having specialized in Worker’s Compensation, Safety Analysis, Recruiting, Orientation/Safety Trainings and Employee Benefits.  When not conducting safety training or bringing employees back to work post-injury, Courtney can be found hiking, biking, running, backcountry skiing with her husband and dog and spending time with her son and daughter.

Quinn Port, Human Resources Information Systems Technician

Quinn bio picturesQuinn found her love for customer service and creativity at San Diego State University while she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. After a few years in service, she spent a year traveling and teaching yoga. This led her to move to Denver, CO where she worked in the non-profit space for a number of years. Quinn enjoys camping, hiking, skiing and being outside with her dog, Benny, who visits the office often and shares in the responsibility of being the office greeter with this friend, Lucy.

Mariana Warr, Benefits & Compensation Analyst

Mariana Warr Bio PicMariana has lived in the Valley for 10 years with her husband and joined the City in Fall of 2021, as the Benefits and Compensation Analyst. Even though she has a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mariana has found her passion for HR in educating employees about benefits and building meaningful connections. She enjoys the winter and lives for the summer. If you see her in town with her husband, son, and their dog named Lucy Potato Pie, please say hi! Lucy is also passionate about HR and works part-time as the office greeter.

Julie Kline, Recruitment & Wellbeing HR Business Partner

julie kline picJulie joined the City of Aspen team in 2018 in the Recreation department. She loves working with people in different capacities. Julie’s passion for helping people began with working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. This further led her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Public Health. Julie is a Colorado native and enjoys biking, hiking, camping and spending time with her husband, Kyle and dog, Kael. When she is not hiring and recruiting she can be found enjoying the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley.
